30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- It must include all original parts and accessories
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide detailed return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued for the full product price, excluding original shipping charges.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or item, please follow the same return process.
